Barre Pilates

Barre Pilates is combination of mat pilates, yoga, and ballet training. Each class is an hour long and focuses on muscle strengthening as well as flexibility. Classes are very challenging but also very rewarding in outcomes if done regularly. The practice focuses on small isolated movements done in high repetitions for specific areas of the body. Each class offers a variety of exercises that work your core, back, arms, thighs, calves, and seat. Each part of the body is worked intensely but followed by immediate stretching to ensure a long and lean rebuilding of the muscles after each class.
